pretty bad example really, wire cutters and tack puller to remove old seat. Cut the foam at least 1/2 inch bigger all the way around, otherwise you'll see and feel the wood edge. the fabric should really be pulled tighter. the corners weren't really done properly, but video is the best way to explane, so not going to try and type it out. also, a nice finishing touch would be a dust cover
